Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email support@getnanopolish.com with your order reference and say that you are cancelling. You may use the model cancellation form in the Regulations, but you do not have to.

You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We refund within 14 days of receiving them back, or of you showing proof of return, whichever is sooner.

On top of your legal rights, if the product does not do what we said it would, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

This is a promise we make voluntarily and it does not reduce or replace your statutory rights.

Refunds go back to the card used for the original payment. We do not refund to a different card or by any other route.

Your bank typically shows the money within 5 to 10 working days of us issuing it. That part is outside our control.

Where you cancel under your statutory right, we refund the price of the goods together with the standard delivery cost you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard cost, not the premium.

Where you cancel simply because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of returning the goods.

Where the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we pay the return cost. Contact us before sending anything back and we will tell you how.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

If you tell us within 30 days of delivery that the goods are faulty, you have the short-term right to reject them and get a full refund.
